Oakbrook, IL., June 30, 2025 - Colson Group, the leading global manufacturer of casters and wheels, is announcing the acquisition of ESCO Plastics, a Houston-based leading manufacturer in mission-critical, custom-molded polyurethane parts.
"Bringing ESCO Plastics into our organization directly supports our strategy to strengthen U.S.-based manufacturing, streamline logistics, and expand service coverage," said Rich Kobor, CEO of Colson Group.

Since being acquired by Blue Wolf Capital, Colson Group has made significant strides in expanding its U.S. manufacturing and distribution capabilities to enhance end-to-end support.
